3 Days and 12 hours and still asking this question and asking please for help.
Your example listing is now up and this is the result.
The enumeration value you provided for the attribute is invalid.
Below are some example items that are affected by this issue.
Again why do we have a problem when we change to in stock? That is a accepted value for google.
For us the images on the page show fine, anyhow this is the rule you need to create: https://adtribes.io/wp-content/uploads/on-backorder-1200×160.png
When it comes to availability Google is now only notifying you about the on backorder issue. You mention you still have the original issue but we checked the feed and this does not appear to be the issue. What product ID’s in the feed are still wrong according to you?
I did create that rule as well.Thanks.
I still have issues with this product on google not listing in stock. I have changed the robot code, updated the feed, put in a new site map and added Jason code to the product pages. Any ideas? Google is now not indexing a ton of product and the loss of revenue is painful.
Hi,
This product (assuming you are referring to is):
https://carolinaforestvacuum.com/product/juki-hzl-f600-sewing-machine-quilter/
Is both in stock in your feed:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/uoxcju0d9w4qjqd/instock-feed-2.png?dl=0
And in stock in your structured data:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/gszb2w79veu4mjs/instock-struct-data.png?dl=0
So they match perfectly fine. Bear in mind though that it might take a few days for Google to find you changed the content of the structured data.
Lord I hope so, this is killing me.Thanks again if it still is a issue I will reach back out. Stay safe.
The feed that uploads reflects items as being on back order even though it is not. I down loaded the feed from google after I just uploaded it and the error clearly are marked after being processed. Please tell me how to fix that. Thanks
It is once again having a major issue. “Raw feed attributes: LP Google shopping Feed” shows out of stock when in fact it is “in stock”. Any ideas?
Those products are disapproved because in your feed they show as “on backorder” whereas in the structured data on your product landing page they show as “In stock”.
You always need to make sure that the product information in your product feed aligns with the data in your structured data otherwise Google will disapprove of your products.
When you want those 10 products to also show “In stock” in your product feed then you have to follow the steps as described in this tutorial: https://adtribes.io/changing-backorder-stock-product-feed/
Hope this helps?
I added a extra availability entry and killed the supplemental feed works now.
All of the product are ok now except https://merchants.google.com/mc/items/details?a=8655491&docId=1342706704937444863
Which despite the proper listing being used “out of stock” it shows it as improper “on back order”.
Strange very strange indeed.
