Hi there,

We are experiencing issues with feed updates. It works mostly but after a couple of weekd, suddenly the sale prices are not updated in Facebook feed untill we manually refresh in the WP dashboard. Do you have any ideas on how that can be?

We have newest version of the plugin, Woo and WP. Also, the “Plugin systems check” says true in all except from TXT, TSV and LOGS which is “Unknown”.

You claim your feeds are updating unstable. Can you share with us the plugin debug.log URL so we can check in the log how it has been updating lately? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log URL can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
