# Feed to Post dates

 * I have deleted and refreshed the database and posts. And when refreshing the 
   feeds the date posted doesn’t seem to be the original post date of the feed from
   the post (I hope I’m being clear here). Any way to control that?

 * sorry, it seems to have cleared up.
 * I do have a question on categories. When I assign a category to a feed, is there
   not a way to use the category name instead of the number provided by the category
   list so it’s more easily recognizable? or am I doing it incorrectly? Ugh, I need
   help!

 * If you are using the shortcode, the category is a parameter, which is better 
   as a number than a name…which is why it’s a number.

   I see a the message that several feeds are not working properly to my surprise.
   Yet a couple ARE working. I go to the CHECK FEEDS button and it’s reported that
   everything is working. I’m unsure what’s going on.
