• Hello

I am having a big time problem today, my feedburner feed just broke.

    it is located at: http://feeds2.feedburner.com/jessica-who/NuUZ

When I try to validate it I get this message:
    <html><head><meta http-equiv=”refresh” content=”0″></head></html>

Feedburner is giving me this error message for the source feed http://www.jessica-who.com/feed:

The URL does not appear to reference a valid XML file. We encountered the following problem: Error on line 1: The element type “meta” must be terminated by the matching end-tag “</meta>”.

I am running the latest version of wordpress and Thesis 1.6 which I upgraded to 2 days ago, this may be the problem …

The only new plugin that I added was the Contact forms 7 … my feed has been working properly for months and now … nothing 🙁

I would really appreciate any help, thanks in advance

  • Your WordPress feed validates, so it must be a problem with feedburner or your feedburner plugin (if you are using one).

Yea, thanks iridiax 🙂 … I’m not sure what happened. I’m not using a feedburner plugin and I haven’t changed anything in my feedburner settings yet it has been down for a full 24 hours

Is the colon at the end of your feed link just a typo?

I can’t even access your site at the moment (although I can access the feed). Try disabling your plugins and then re-enabling them one-by-one, and switch to the default theme to see if you can narrow it down to one of them.

Oh yea sorry the colon is a typo…I will try what you suggest alism, thanks.

Should the file feed-rss2.php be the same across each wordpress blog, because I have two separate wordpress blogs and they are not the same file for both?

    Thank you
