# Feed Problem

 * I noticed the weekly email campaign hadn’t gone out.
    When I go to this page,(
   [http://www.epmchannel.com/feed/](http://www.epmchannel.com/feed/) ) I see there’s
   an error. How do I fix this?

 * It looks like possibly that this post ([http://www.epmchannel.com/2012/06/08/social-business-what-are-companies-really-doing/](http://www.epmchannel.com/2012/06/08/social-business-what-are-companies-really-doing/))
   is a indication of the error. In particular the headline part to the right of
   the image although I can’t be 100% sure.
 * If you look at that page in the editor in Visual/HTML tabs do you notice any 
   weird symbols/code?

 * I took out a long dash, but there’s still an error showing up. I didn’t see any
   weird code.

 * I checked your feed in a validator – [http://validator.w3.org/appc/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.epmchannel.com%2Ffeed%2F](http://validator.w3.org/appc/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.epmchannel.com%2Ffeed%2F)
 * It shows where the current issue is happening. From a quick read of the help 
   link it appears as though your feed isn’t receiving the proper encoding which
   is causing the errors.
 * If you log into your admin area and go to Settings->Reading, what is displayed
   in the ‘Encoding for pages and feeds’ input box? If it is something other than
   UTF-8 that might be the cause of your issues.
