FEED plugin only ends with Refresh on the screen

Hi, I use the Product FEED Pro plugin to generate my feeds, but the final process only works with screen refresh or clearing the cache. I already include the path to delete the cache, I already disabled the Cache Logged-in Users, the plugin people say I have to disable the server-side plugin cache, how do I do that. Thanks
