    Hi there,

Sorry you are having issues. I can assure you that it does work with Roku and is functioning as expected.

As for not responding to your help ticket, please check your spam folder as we always respond to support tickets. I’m assuming you are the customer that sent 3 emails over the last two weeks complaining that we were not answering?

Thank you for getting back to me. I did not receive any response to my support question: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/feed-not-working-38/

But I did not send 3 emails either.
If you can help me get the plugin/feed working I would appreciate it. Thank you!

Sorry, I must have missed the email notification. I’ve responded to your question. I also mentioned that Roku might shut down the “Direct Publisher” system. We have been waiting for years for updates that have never come, and now they look to be focusing on partnering with channels for “The Roku Channel” and other content-driven ventures instead of being a platform for apps.

I don’t know where this leaves WP Smart TV. We may rebrand and come out with some new stuff, or open-source everything on GitHub. Everything is up in the air at the moment.

What is the latest word on Roku discontinuing Direct Publisher? Until a couple of weeks ago we were able to get a feed right from our Vimeo Account, but that has been dis-continued. It was not clear if Roku or Vimeo made the disconnect. If Direct Publisher is going down, that would make sense.

We haven’t heard anything official, but Vimeo ending DP support signals to me that the end is coming.
