Feed Not Showing

    On our site, there’s supposed to be a feed under Find Us On Facebook but I cannot get the feed to show. I used the following shortcode:

    [facebook-page-plugin href=”New109UPullIt”]

    Can you please help me? Thanks!

    Hi @miked1982,

    It looks like you may have audience restrictions on your page. Try logging in to Facebook and viewing your site.

    Cameron,

    I tried and that didn’t fix it. I checked our audience restrictions and we don’t have any set. The box to allow us to set audience restrictions isn’t even checked.

    Hi @miked1982,

    Thanks for that, your plugin settings will be correct then, but I can’t actually view that Facebook page. There’s definitely something in your page settings preventing people from viewing your page. Would you be able to send me a screenshot of your general page settings on Facebook?

    Now I understand what you meant by the restrictions and not seeing it. My browser is logged into FB automatically and so I was always able to see it. I pulled it up in another browser and see what you meant.

    I logged into the account that has admin access and it turns out the country restrictions were set to where US was listed. I removed that and everything works now.

    Thanks for all your help and thanks for the great plugin! I’m looking into getting into plugin development myself so this is a lesson learned. Thanks!
