# Feed Not Found – 404

 * I installed wordpress but i noticed that my site does not have a Feed.
 * The URL to my site is – [http://techchai.com](http://techchai.com)
 * I tried many combinations like
 * [http://techchai.com/feed](http://techchai.com/feed)
    [http://techchai.com/feed/rss/](http://techchai.com/feed/rss/)
   [http://techchai.com/feed/rss2/](http://techchai.com/feed/rss2/) [http://techchai.com/feed/rdf/](http://techchai.com/feed/rdf/)
   [http://techchai.com/feed/atom/](http://techchai.com/feed/atom/)
 * But I always landed up with this error:
 * Not Found
 * The requested URL /feed was not found on this server.
 * Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.
 * Any help will be appreciated

 * Since nobody helped me i decided to take it on myself.
 * First i changed the theme to default. and opened the footer.php
 * Here i found something like this:
 * 
    and “>Comments (RSS)
   .
 * Since, i found these to lines i was sure that the feed is generated. So, i went
   to the site an clicked on the link that appeared at the bottom of the page. And
   there i go. i could see the feed. I copied the two lines and thought of pasting
   it in my theme. So i changed back to my custom theme and i was happy to see that
   it was working there as well. I did not need to paste these lines it just worked.

   wordpress

 * Hey techhai,
 * Try to look at your header.php file, and find where your RSS is linking to, [this pic ](http://img30.imageshack.us/img30/498/92231397.png)
   shows my header php, the red underlined line is usually the link to your feed.
   Compare it with your header.php.
