 * Basically i only used the import to get some basic information, i then tried
   editing events adding new information, images etc,
 * If the feeds still active it just reverts back to the original imported event
   so your cant edit them if the feeds live
 * i then removed the feed but kept the posts and edited which works fine but this
   then still shows the imported from another calendar which i want to remove,
 * also whats with the links
    mydomain.com/ai1ec_event/florida-flow-festival-lake-
   worth-fl/?instance_id=
 * Anyway to change it to mydomain.com/event/florida-flow-festival-lake-worth
 * so remove the ailec_ and instance_id=

 * Our plugin recognizes imported events as being “owned” by someone else – therefore,
   when the automatic update occurs, all events are overwritten by the original
   event from the owner.
 * If you would like to keep your edits, your going to have to delete the feed and
   select “keep the events.” The calendar will now recognize these events as being
   owned by YOU. So you can edit them and add images, etc. and they won’t be overwritten.
 * Unfortunately if you re-ad the feed, the events will be overwritten.
 * We are working on improving this process in the future.
 * Thanks
