    Hi Eva

    Sorry for so many support threads! I just want to get it working 100% before purchasing PRO…which I definitely will as support has been great!

    I had incorrect data in one of my feeds and have since corrected it. As per the screenshot, it is now “FLAT” in the “logistic-class” field…


    The feed file still contains the old data, “Flat Rate”, even after 24 hours whilst it is set to daily updates, manually deleting the old feed file via FTP, manually refreshing the feed and clearing all caches…


    Please note I have WP Cron disabled and use manual crons every half hour…

    Hi Steve,

    I tried replicating the issue you are experiencing but all seem to work fine on our end. Every time I update a static value that value also gets updated in the CSV file.

    You mention something about uploading and deleting the file on a FTP server. Just to be sure: are you sure you are checking the correct CSV file, the newly generated one and not an older one?

    It seems to be working now – not sure why it took so long to update, I’m assuming it was a caching issue.

    Hmmm maybe the WP cron was blocked by another long running proces? Anyhow, good to know it is working again!
