# Feed Error

 * Hello,
 * I’m having trouble with my blog’s feed. I keep getting an error and I have no
   idea how to fix it because I cannot find the line that the error message is referring
   to. The error is:
 * > error on line 53 at column 14: Opening and ending tag mismatch: description
   > line 0 and script
 * I also went to W3 to validate it, but still could not figure out exactly where
   the coding is that needs to be fixed. Any help would be appreciated.

 * That seems to have done the trick. Does that mean there’s a problem with the 
   plugin? And is there a way to fix it?

 * Looking at your invalid feed file, Disqus was clearly inserting javascript into
   the feed file – which would class as a bug. You’re probably best taking this 
   up further with the plugin’s developers.
