# feed doesn’t work properly

 * Hi guys,
    the feed doesn’t work properly, it stays uploading for hours.
 * In the process list, when the feed update is started, this process remains fixed
   by blocking the operation of the db:
 * `SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS...`
 * Can I have support?

 * 1. Screenshots of the feed configuration you set
 * 2. System Status:

 * 3. Logs:
    >>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings >>On top, go to the

   the latest log and click on View >>Then click on Copy, save it on a text document
   and send it to us.
 * Simply send these data to our support e-mail and will give you an update there.
