    Hi there.

    I have installed the plugin on a WP network. When I create a feed on any website, the processing gets stuck (most of them at 33%) and doesn’t complete.

    Any ideas of what could be happening?

    We have the plugin working on single installs without problems, this only happens on the network.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    When your feed is getting stuck this is, most-likely, caused by issues with your WP-cron. See: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/

    I can imagine that when running a website on the WP network this could be happening.

    Hello @evavangelooven, thanks for your answer.

    We can’t see any problem with our cron jobs, but the processing is still stuck and doesn’t finish.

    Is there anything else we can try?

    Are you sure it is not the WP-cron (I am not talking about the server cron). On many multisite installs the WP-cron has been disabled and replaced by a server-cron.

    What have you done to verify it is not the WP-cron?

    If we had the wp cron disabled that would be defined on the wp-config or there should be some plugin like heartbeat to prevent that.

    We have also installed WP Control as suggested and we can’t find any kind of blocking.

    Does this make sense to you?
