 * Hope you are doing good today 🙂
 * cache duration hours aren’t supported anymore because of soo much traffic to 
   Facebook API. your feeds can be refreshed automatically after 1 day. so use `
   days` in cache_duration parameter.
 * If you want to clear the cache manually there is an option in plugin settings
   page to clear the cache.
 * I am continuously working on it to and hours option will be added soon hopefully.
