    Hi all,

Thanks for this excellent tool for WordPress on Nginx!

Just in the middle of setting up my first Nginx + fastcgi cache server following your excellent tutorials on rtcamp.com, I notice some rules that exclude caching for feeds and xml sitemaps.

Since I will be using my own plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/xml-sitemap-feed/ which creates feeds (useful for multi-site) instead of files, I am convinced it can be beneficial to cache xml sitemaps on larger sites. Notably when priming/pre-caching arrives! (I read in the comments on rtcamp that it’s being considered, which is great news)

If only an option to purge all feeds on publish/delete would be available, then xml sitemaps in my plugins case would be purged too (I suppose) and all would be just perfect 🙂

    Rolf
