FedEx Smartpost Rates Not Being Returned
I’m using the latest versions of Woo and FedEx Shipping but within the past week I’ve been unable to get FedEx Smartpost rates to populate when customers enter their address.
I spoke to FedEx Web Services and according to them, the Smartpost Hub being called in the API is incorrect.
With the Woo help desk down for the weekend, I thought it might be helpful to post this information here in case anyone else is having this problem.
I’m going to submit a ticket on Monday and I’m hopeful this can be resolved.
