We’ve updated the FedEx Poland tracking URL in AST’s shipping carriers list. To reflect these changes in your store, you’ll need to synchronize the shipping carriers list.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Carriers.
- In the top-right corner, you’ll find a drop-down menu. Click on “Sync Carriers” to update the list.

Currently, we have set this tracking URL for FedEx Poland:
https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=%number%
In your case, since the tracking number was invalid (1234
), it automatically redirected to:
https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/system-error?trknbr=1234
We cannot set the tracking URL specifically for domestic shipments, as it may not work for all FedEx Poland tracking numbers. However, you can change the tracking URL to the domestic URL using the Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro plugin.
