# Fedex plug-in (Basic)

 * Hi.
 * I need help setting up the fedex plugin on the website. I have gotten all my 
   credentials from Fedex and i’ve entered them on to the site but it still does
   not show the shipping rates or any option.

 * If you are getting “No shipping methods”, this message usually occurs :
    -When
   the product weights & dimensions are missing -Invalid/Incorrect credentials -
   Incorrect shipper/destination address Can you please ensure all the above setting
   up are configured correctly and then try again?
 * If you still face any issues, kindly provide us the FedEx Request and Response.
   We will check with it and help you.

 * I’m still facing problems but this time around its an error code.

 * You are getting Authentication Failed error .
 *  [Severity] => ERROR
    [Source] => prof [Code] => 1000 [Message] => Authentication
   Failed
 * This error comes when you have incorrectly filled in the FedEx credentials.
    
   Kindly fill these fields with correct values and you will not face the problem
   of rates again :
 * ‘FedEx Account Number”
    “Fedex Meter Number” “Web Services Key” “Web Services
   Password”.
 * Also make sure that the checkbox “Production Key” is only checked when you are
   using live credentials and not test credentials.
