Fedex Option giving free delivery but shouldn’t | WordPress.org

We are using this on a website, but we set it to give them free Fedex shipping based on weight, from 15KG+. But it is enabling it for 3KG +.

I cannot share the URL here, but please can you help me by sharing an email so I can get direct help wtih this major problem.

It’s set to only use this method if the weight is over 15KG, but when you add 1kg items in, just 3, it then uses that method.

All our plugins and wordpress itself are up to date.

These items add up to just 3kg.

The rule on your screenshot is set to activate for all orders from 2.0001 to 15 kg. That means it activates for a 3 kg order as an example. Does that make sense?
