The two modules in question the first is from the redirect non-existent pagination (like page 1, page2, page 3 in category archives and is simply a checkmark under the Misc. Module to prevent spiders from indexing thin pages such as that.
The other module is the linkbox inserter module (which when enabled, provides the html code for someone to link to that page).
Aside from that, all modules are covered in video above.

Automated 301 Redirects – OK, sorry for dumb question but where are these pages redirected?
I do see lots of 404s to strange nonexisting url.
