Features images upload problems

Hello, I’m working with WP Ecommerce but I have a problem, I cant upload the feature image in a product, in fact, when I choose the image and then click the button to upload it the system crash and then I can see the message of “connection lost” in my admin panel, then, I can see a error in one file with name capabilities.php, so, if you have any idea of whats going on, I will be so happy because I don’t really have idea what could be, thanks so much .
