featured posts showing up in main loop.

    I’m running the twenty eleven theme.

    On my site I want to have two loops. One at the top with featured posts and one at the bottom that shows all the rest of the posts excluding the featured ones.

    Right now I have the featured posts loop running correctly. As I’m tinkering with the code I can get the main loop to either

    1. Shows all the posts including featured. Pagination works. (also weirdly the featured posts show up twice with slightly diff formatting.)

    OR

    2. The correct posts show up. But pagination doesn’t work.. i.e. when I click older entries the same 5 posts show up.

    The code is pretty complicated and I don’t really understand what’s going on too well. This is the MAIN PART not for the featured
