Featured picture and content together on front page

Hello
Im trying to make posts ( videos) on my front page in customizr theme and I wish to appear the “featured image” first with a little description of the video that is coming after the click.. What I get instead is the featured image next to the video as well as the text.

Also Im not able to show :” leave comment” under each post. I can see it only when I go through dashboard to view each post. Please help is there any way how to do it.
