Featured Pages selection

    I’m a Customizr Pro user, and I love your theme! That being said, I have two issues with Featured Pages — one a substantial usability issue, and the other a potential enhancement that I won’t feel bad if you ignore 🙂

    The usability issue: I’m constantly updating what my featured pages are. My website has quite a number of pages, posts, and events, and it is a grueling chore to look through the drop-down list of potential targets to find what I’m looking for. PLEASE either provide a way to alphabetically sort the drop-down or, even better, give us a combo box we can type in to partially match what we’re looking for.

    The enhancement: I’d love to be able to schedule featured pages, so that they would automatically update on specific dates.

    Sorry if I wasn’t clear — I’m talking about the admin page for selecting Featured Pages (Customizing > Main Content > Featured Pages), the three drop-downs for “Home featured page one”, “Home featured page two”, “Home featured page three”. Those drop-downs list every page, post, and (in my case) ai1ec event in what seems to be date order. I have a site with a large number of pages which I frequently juggle through as Featured Pages, and it is very burdensome trying to dig them out of the drop-down list.

    Does that make sense? Being able to partial-match page and post titles in a combo box would make using Featured Pages effortless. Even just being able to sort the choices alphabetically would be a big improvement, although I understand how for other use cases the date sorting might be preferred.
