Featured Pages Block Request

Currently working on an update to our site and it would be great to have a block that has the same functionality as the Genesis Featured Pages Widget. The Posts and Pages Grid Block comes close but does not let you individually select witch pages appear. You have tot select the pages by offset and that only allows for up to an offset of 20 and is complicated to figure out for pages, especially if something changes later, like a page gets deleted and changes the offset of the page you want.
