 * My client has been using the featured levels on free listing and now that the
upgrade was done it’s no longer available. I see where you suggested to another
user to create two fee plans, both free, and set one to use sticky. This requires
turning on payments in general settings. Turning on payments in general settings
seems to require enabling a gateway or it won’t activate. This all seems counter
intuitive for my client who isn’t trying to charge their customers for listings.
They do not have a gateway to enter in order to turn on the payments you are
forcing. In addition to this, they have over 1000 listings and I also saw in
your post to the other user who asked about this that you mentioned converting
all the old free listings to the new free fee listing one at a time. You can’t
   be serious?
 * I need some clarification here.

 * Hi [@jonneebee](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jonneebee/),
 * Sorry for any confusion here.
 * Right now, we have a situation where a number of users want free listings (free
mode) and then enable folks to get a featured listing. That was a weird combination
in 4.x, where you could offer a featured listing without paying for it. Our testing
around 5.x centered around paid workflows and how users handled paid listings
for the most part and we dropped the ball on this aspect.
 * We’re actively working on a better workflow for this case, but right now, what
you described is the right answer. You can enable Authorize.net with fake info
to do exactly what you said above. I understand it’s not perfect, but this case
was not one we expected to be so popular.
 * 5.0.5 supports fee plan export and import, so you can bulk edit listings easily
in the case where you have 1k to handle in a CSV file. That should help alleviate
some of the pain here. But I hear what you’re saying and 5.x is a major step
forward so we did expect some hiccups on release. We’re working through them
   as fast as we can.
