Featured img issues since the 1.6 update

Hi all,
since the 1.6 theme update (today) I got some strange behavior of the featured images on the front page:
– top page’s featured img displayed BUT misaligned to the top.
– the second and the third pages’ featured imgs are NOT displayed. But you’d see them momentary on the F5.
CHROME ONLY.
IE, edge, opera, firefox are totally fine.
I’d say that’s chrome’s issue but it was OK on the 2017 theme 1.4.
