Featured Images Won't Upload

I was putting products into my Woocommerce site just fine then all of a sudden I can’t upload featured images anymore.

I click the Upload Files tab then Upload Files and it does nothing.

I have reinstalled WP 4.0 and turned off plugins and nothing works.

I have spent weeks adding products, why would this start doing this now.
