Hi Greg!
It doesn’t seem like the Display thumbnail option is enabled. Go to Widgets > WordPress Popular Posts and make sure the option is ticked.
Hello,
Thank you very much for taking the time to reply.
The “Display post thumbnail” box under post settings is for sure ticked.
Do you have any other suggestions of things I may try?
Thank you!
Don’t mention it, Greg.
Alright, next question. Is the “Use custom HTML Markup” checkbox checked? (you might want to simply share a screenshot of your widget settings, it may help speed things up a bit :P)
Hello,
There is a screenshot of the widget settings.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do or provide.
Thank you.
That’s odd. The plugin should be displaying the “stock” HTML output and include the thumbnail. For some reason, it isn’t. I blame your theme 😛
Try switching to another theme for a second and see if WPP can display the thumbnail then. If so, there’s a function within your theme’s functions.php file that’s changing what WPP outputs by default.
If that’s not the case and you’re still not seeing a thumbnail even after switching to another theme, try disabling your other plugins and check again.
