Featured Image/Formatting when using Shortcodes

Good afternoon,

I recently discovered Give and think it’s great! I’m looking for help on something that seems simple, but that I couldn’t find in the documentation or forum. When creating a single page form, it adds my featured image (to a sidebar?) and formats the form appropriately. When I embed the same form via a short code, I lose my image and the formatting gets messed up.

I’d prefer the picture to display on the embedded form the same way that it does as a single form but, if that’s not possible, I’m at least hoping for guidance on aligning the amount field with the radio buttons.
