  • Hi,

    I am trying to have thumbnail image shonwn in the article page. For the moment, I have the thumbnail displayed on the home page, and not on the arhive itself.. Any idea to make it work?

    Thanks

    Don’t use featured image. Instead, put the image directly into content editor before other content. Omega will find that image and make it as thumbnail image on the homepage

    I tried that but the display is not nice!
    I solved this isssue by modifying functions.php in omega theme with the following code:

    function omega_entry() {

    	if ( is_home() || is_archive() || is_search() ||is_single()) {
    		if(omega_get_setting( 'content_archive_thumbnail' )) {
    			get_the_image( array( 'meta_key' => 'Thumbnail', 'default_size' => omega_get_setting( 'image_size' ) ) );
    		}

    		if ( 'excerpts' === omega_get_setting( 'content_archive' ) ) {
    			if ( omega_get_setting( 'content_archive_limit' ) )
    				the_content_limit( (int) omega_get_setting( 'content_archive_limit' ), omega_get_setting( 'content_archive_more' ) );
    			else
    				the_excerpt();
    		}
    		else {
    			if(!is_single()){
    				the_content( omega_get_setting( 'content_archive_more' ) );
    			}
    		}
    	}

    }
