    Hey,

Obviously this is not default WooCommerce behaviour 🙂 This is a consequence of editing the product template (content-product.php). This will have either been done in your theme, or in WooCommerce core.

Unfortunately I can’t really help without access to your site / code but I’d recommend that you compare that file in your theme/WooCommerce install with a version from a fresh download of WooCommerce.

    Thanks

    Thanks James!
We haven’t modified “content-product.php”, but anyway we have compared and replaced, without success. The same problem happen with posts¿? How do you think we could fix it? Why it happens?
    Thanks in advance.

Finally we could confirm, that our problem is caused by Pinpoint theme, we have tried a preview with “Twenty twelve” theme, it looks well, the product’s name isn’t replaced by the featured image.
Somebody know how we could fix it? We appreciate any help! Thanks

    Well, all solved!
The problem was caused by an incompatibility between pinpoint theme and nav menu images plugin. The solution was deactivate nav menu images plugin. Thanks to swiftpsd support!!
