Featured Image Problems

Hello there,
On my website rgamtransportation.com on the front pare I have ‘Featured Services’ and the theme is Aqua I tried to edit the featured images on each of the categories. When I started the edit there was image on the page but the box for the image was empty. I added image from the Featured Image window. After I updated the page 2 images showed in a slider. I didn’t wont the original so I went to my server ‘Bluehost’ and deleted the original. I deleted ALL old photos from the Media in WordPress. Now I have image and broken link to an image. How do I take control of the images so I choose what to show and what not. I want to be able to change the directory – URL of the image.
