featured image not imported after demo data import

Hello,

I build a premium wp theme with give plugin. after complete all demo, i want to setup my theme on another server, everything ok for data imported but only featured image is not imported. i try it many time but featured image is not imported. same issue i faced many time with my another charity theme that was build with give plugin

please help you
