When you share a post on Facebook, or when Jetpack Publicize publishes a post to your Facebook page, Facebook crawls the page and looks for Open Graph meta tags in the head to build a complete post preview (with an image, title, description, …).
Jetpack automatically creates these meta tags for you, unless you already use another plugin to manage Open Graph meta tags.
I checked your site, and you’re using the WordPress SEO plugin to manage these tags.
I would consequently suggest that you check your SEO plugin settings to see if you can customize the images used in the meta tags. You can also purchase the Premium WordPress SEO plugin to be able to receive support from the plugin authors, as mentioned here:

Hi Jeremy,
I have switched off the use of meta tags in the SEO plugin. Unfortunately, the above issue still remains.
Is there anything else I can try to fix it?
Thanks a lot,
Daniel
I have switched off the use of meta tags in the SEO plugin. Unfortunately, the above issue still remains.
As long as the plugin is active, and even if you unchecked the Open Graph option in SEO > Social, Jetpack won’t add any meta tags. Since you obviously make good use of the WordPress SEO plugin on your site, I would suggest that you add the Open Graph meta tags again, and contact the WPSEO team or use the Facebook Debugger to find out more about the problem.
It’s also worth noting that a lot of people have been experiencing issues with Facebook and post previews in the past few weeks. In a lot of cases, the problem was related to this Facebook bug:

The Facebook Debugger will help you figure out if your problem is similar.
Thanks Jeremy.
Thing is I have had WordPress SEO and Jetpack together for a long time and this issue only started occurring recently.
It sounds like the FB bug you mention must be the culprit. Thanks for linking it!
