Hi,

For my WP site I am using the Photolio theme as to be found here:

http://themeforest.net/item/photolio-photography-portfolio-wordpress-theme/2058432

Now I am able to use the WPtouch plugin for all pages except the gallery page, which is a big pity for a photography website.
This page has a gallery based on images uploaded via the featured image selection.

Can you tell me if it is possible to make such galleries available on mobile devices via WPtouch?

While the gallery functionality may translate well to your mobile theme with WPtouch, your desktop theme may be using a custom template to display the gallery. The free version of WPtouch does not but WPtouch Pro is built to accommodate advanced desktop theme functionality such as custom post types, custom page templates, and shortcodes.
