Featured Image doesn't appear in my RSS feeds | WordPress.org

My featured image does not appear in blog’s RSS feeds…how do I make that happen? I checked in WordPress support forums and found that the theme controls this aspect.

Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.

Have you set your RSS feed to Full or Summary in Settings -> Reading?

It’s always been on summary and the image used to show in my reader.

My guess is the problem has started since I changed my content to excerpt for my home page and archives a week or so back. The preference lite owner helped me change that here. Do you feel that might be the issue?

I also tried installing a plugin but that doesn’t work either…and I’d rather avoid a plugin if there’s a simpler way.

Appreciate your help!
