Have you tried clearing all cache (I see you are using WP total cache)?
Another thing you might try is to add the image again in that particular page (clear cache)
If that does not work, remove that image from the installation, rename that image and upload it again to that page.(clear cache)

@logologics `Because the website is still into testing mode, I am clearing off the WP total cache quite often for the entire website but doing that did not fix the mentioned issue until I found the issue was the orange color that superside the banner image and this option was into the elementor template page.
I removed the orange color from the elementor template and lo its all well at displaying the banner image at the front end.
@ozyeger Could you please tell what makes you think, I am an Elementor Pro user?`
