# Featured Image Beside Summary Plugin

 * (Sorry I have two posts but I had two separate questions.)
 * I have been searching in vain for a plugin or method to display the featured 
   image on one side of the main page with a description/summary beside it. I’ve
   tried to use the excerpts but I think it somehow interacted with another plugin
   to display the excerpt twice. Basically I would like the feed of posts to read
   like this: [https://www.bohoberry.com/](https://www.bohoberry.com/) instead of
   what I currently have. I’d love to do the summaries manually but I’ll take what
   I can get.

 * A major layout change like this cannot be accomplished without tinkering extensively
   with PHP, HTML and CSS code.
 * If you’re not comfortable working with these, your best bet is to switch to a
   theme that lays out the content exactly how you want it.
 * You can find dozens of free themes that are styled this way in the [official themes database](https://wordpress.org/themes),
   plus a whole lot more commercial ones by Googling.

 * By the way, **BohoBerry.com** that you mentioned uses the commercial [Pinup theme PanKogut.com](https://www.pankogut.com/it/wordpress-themes/pinup/)(
   $29).
