Featured Image and social media sharing

    Hi there,
    My site is http://www.serialmisfit.com and I am using News Magazine theme.

    I am having problems with:

    1) setting a featured image on a post. Even when adjusting the sizes of the image and setting it as thumbnail the image is still huge. The smallest I set it to was 75 x 75. I have tried readjusting through settings > media and also in the post writing screen.

    2) When I link posts to social media, the only image I was seeing was a default gravatar image. This stopped when I set featured images for posts but then the problem above occurred so back to square one.

    I’m a bit of a beginner i’m afraid at coding and proper jargon and thank you in advance

    @serialmisfit,

    1)The image thumbnail default size in our theme is 250×189, thus choose images that will have defined ratio and similar dimensions.

    2) For resolving this issue please add an SEO-related plugin to take the featured image for social media.
