 * Is possible to not have the hugh featured image display above the form but to
   keep it in the smaller version of the featured image on the left side of the 
   form?

 * It appears your theme may be displaying the featured image in a custom way, as
   the default featured image is the smaller version to the left.
 * Could you share a link to a form on your site, and I can take a closer look?
