    There’s no built-in way to do this in WP Job Manager, but Yoast SEO may have the capability to add a custom sharing image to each job listing. I would check their documentation to see if their plugin can do that.

    Would really be ideal if there was an option for the company’s logo, but ALSO a standard featured image that gets used for the job.

    Hi Jon, I’m with you. I found several plugins to add a second or multiple featured images as kind of a workaround.

    Would really be ideal if there was an option for the company’s logo, but ALSO a standard featured image that gets used for the job.

    We’ve gone back and forth on this over the years I believe. Some people want the featured image and the company logo to be separate things, some people want them the same.

    As it currently stands, the company logo becomes the featured image, but you can probably change this a with a plugin, as @paulbuijs did.
