    Hi natinho68,
    For featured image you must go to WPeMatico Settings Page and checks

    • Cache Images.
    • No link to source images
    • Attach Images to posts.
    • Enable first image found on content as Featured Image.

    This will work if the feed you are using has images in its contents.
