    Could you tell me how to enable Featured Article in the Left Sidebar? I 
   set some sticky posts on my site but nothing display. Or I install something 
   wrongly?

 * hi, the sticky posts will only display on the top of the middle content area.
 * For sidebar, you may have to use a plugin for such a thing.
