 * Using a remote storage (i.e. Google Drive) as shared storage between environments,
   I want to be able to clone a copy of production site on my local machine. I could
   not find any feature (similar to what Updraft offers) in Wpvivid that would allow
   me to scan remote storage and update my backup file list. For example, steps
   I have taken.
 * 1. Production Site -> Install Wpvivid plugin. Configure Google Drive on Remote
   Storage. Perform backup to Google Drive. Done. (Confirmed backup file is on Google
   Drive.)
 * 2. Local Site -> Install Wpvivid plugin. Configure same Google Drive on Remote
   Storage. My backup list is empty and there is no option to *scan* remote drive
   to update my backup list with any items. Possible manual workaround is to copy`
   wpvivid_backup_list` option value over into local database. (If such a thing
   would work, I would find the exercise little ironic because one of Wpvivid plugin’s
   purpose is to help copy/migrate data over instead of me doing it manually.)
 * Can you please confirm such functionality is not implemented? If not, then do
   you know of any other way to help migrate using remote storage without manually
   downloading/uploading files between sites?
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@bitx004](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bitx004/)
 * Thanks for your feedback.
 * The feature you mentioned is available in WPvivid Backup Pro. Here is [a doc](https://wpvivid.com/wpvivid-backup-pro-migrate-wordpress-site-via-remote-storage)
   showing how it works.

 * Thanks Tony for pointing out an alternative option available in the Pro version.
 * I had another use case for re-scanning remote storage. I directly prefer to delete
   and add backups directly in my Google Drive. I have done this and now my backup
   list is out of sync. I now realize I cannot directly make my changes thru Google
   Drive.
 * Thanks

 * Hi [@bitx004](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bitx004/)
 * Sorry about the inconvenience. The free version does not support this synchronization,
   it only records the status when a backup was completed.
 * Kind Regards
