    Hi Rustaurius,

    I understand you took over development from Nate. Do you still look at the issues/enhancement requests that were previously submitted on Nate’s github (see link)?

    I am specifically asking to have a look at issue #150 to make it much easier to meet GDPR requirements.

    I also have a new request for two more e-mail notifications:
    1) Automatically send a reminder email to the guest x hours before the booking time to reduce no shows.
    2) Automatically send a thank you email x hours after booking time. That will allow you to thank them and ask for a review.*

    I think that the most important feature to add is an option to send SMS.
    Most of restaurant owners ask for this feature. It’s a pity to leave your system for other which offer this kind of feature.

    Sounds like great features that I wish could be added, mostly the SMS notifications one. I’m currently developing a website where the owner asks for this feature.

    Mmm strange, I have several customers with this plugin and nobody has asked me for an sms feature yet. Only for the two in my original request.

    Anyway, let’s wait and see how the developer wants to deal with feature requests.

    I’m also looking for a solution to send, preferably, an SMS or alternatively an email x amount of time before the booking to decrease no shows. I may get my developers to look at getting something like this completed but it would obvioulsy take time and money. If someone else has a solution devloped that would be really good.

    @peachtech it has been added to their ultimate license at $ 300,- / year.
