    Please add a ‘Left filter bar disable’ option to settints page. Do not need a complicated filters without more space, because it occupies a lot of space the left filter bar.

    Please add back the “open a own ticket” option without registration.

    I have added this suggestion in our suggestion list. After discussing with our development team, we’ll take decision on this and let you know the outcome as soon as we can.

    Because of the security reasons we have removed that feature. If user is a registered user then he have to logged in. But for guest user we have introduced new feature, at login screen guest user can add any name and email address then he can see all the tickets created by this email. Also you can use ticket url for direct access to ticket.

    I’m using with “advanced user role editor” + “w3dev Ban Users” and I made a custom user role for visitors.

    But for guest user we have introduced new feature, at login screen guest user…

    I saw, little bit difficult the first look if “easy users” want use old feature.

    Please add back the webpage integration as well:) I use a iframe solution now…

    Sorry for the delay in reply here. Just to follow this up –

    Left sidebar hide is now available in new version 9.0.1 as per your request, we listened you 🙂

    Also theme integration is possible in the same version.

    Only regarding open ticket, I understand that you have done the security part on your website but that is not the case with everybody. As a general product, we can not compromise with security issues. But to make guest login easy to understand we changed label from “Guest Sign In” to “Guest Login” also tooltip given next to it which explains this better. I hope you understand.

    I request you to share review about the product, what happens is if something going well, very few come to share review but like last update many of them came to share 1 star.
