# Feature request: transient caching

 * It would be cool if the plugin was also doing transient caching, like the other
   plugin by Pantheon guys does.

 * Can you confirm this is not the case? As far as I know `get_transient()` and `
   set_transient()` are using the object cache internally.

 * Hmm, good point. I wasn’t aware that these are using object cache by default.
