Feature Request: Single option auto-select

It seems silly that when we only have one shipping option or one payment option, that the customer still needs to click the radio button to proceed. If there is only one option, can it please be auto-selected? Or perhaps make it so that a default option can be chosen on the back end which will be auto-selected?

And in relation to shipping, if the only shipping option is Pickup, it would be nice if the Shipping address info wasn’t displayed.
